About tip 5, Lazy Loading: it is strange that you lazy load the login page and not the home page. Login will (normally) always be called and at startup. So I would Lazy Load at least all other pages. In that way, starting the application (showing the login page) will be fast, and that is your goal. Of course the other ‘blocks’ of your application need to be Lazy Loaded as well.
